Build VAT presets at whatever rates and names your jurisdiction uses. Set a default, override it on any line.
Any currency, exact precision
Bill each client in their own currency at that currency's real precision. No silent conversion, no rounding you didn't ask for.
Interface and documents translated
Work in English or Romanian. Send each client their quote, invoice and reminders in the language you set for them.

Exact decimal arithmetic
Every total is calculated on the server with exact decimals, in a fixed order, and stored that way. A cent never disappears between the screen and the PDF.
A history you can't fake
Who changed what, and when — for every document, payment and setting. Append-only, searchable, impossible to quietly rewrite afterwards.
Your data stays yours
Companies are isolated in the database itself, not just in application code. Two independent layers have to agree before a record is visible.

When does it open?
We're finishing the last feature now. Join the list and you'll get one email on the day it opens — no drip campaign, no newsletter.
What will it cost?
Free stays free and isn't a trial — one company, one person, the full billing workflow. Pro and Enterprise will be paid; we're settling the numbers and the list sees them first.
Is this accounting software?
No, deliberately. There's no general ledger and no chart of accounts. Invumo produces clean, correctly numbered documents and a payment record — your accountant keeps doing the rest.
Do my clients need an account?
Never. Every quote and invoice has its own secure link. They open it, download the PDF, and accept or reject. You can revoke a link whenever you want.
Can I add my team or my accountant?
On Pro, yes. Invite people as Owner, Admin or Member, so a bookkeeper can raise invoices without being able to delete history or change your company settings.
Can I get my data back out?
Export is on every plan, including Free. Your documents and payment history are yours; leaving is a download, not a support ticket.
